Database not saving last seen record

Whenever I go through my database to look at something, eg. locations so I can see what icons on the radar I need to look out for, if I go back into my database again, it will always take me back to the last found note and not the last thing I was looking at, which is really frustrating.
It would be great if it opened back up to what I was actually looking at last time so I don't have to keep going back and forth over and over.
