Can't Make Plant Resin

I don't know if some of these forums are correct, but supposedly you are suppose to be able to research plant resin after finding a dust plant under the dust and then need 5 of them to be refined to make the plant resin. I have the plant but still can't research the plant resin and need that to make Epoxy.

This can be removed. Was able to find a dust plant under the dust after some point. I don't know if its randomly available or not, but finally after repeated trips down the available, was able to find a few of the plant resin to research
