  I completely agree, I think that if you exchange the ammo, then the ammo that was stored in the weapon/tool, should be placed into an open space or auto sorted in with other ammo of similar grade/type. I think that this also lends to the whole stacking size, which also should be increased for something you make in hundreds, i.e., the repair foam, you make 100/100 of it, it should stack in your inventory in 500/500 stacks or more.

  Same for patch tool. Only extra ammo (not loaded at the moment) should take space in the inventory.
