Could you add a new type of station that has a medical trading station that accepts and sell medical items?

Since the med kits are made from plants it would make sense that there were locations where people turned in medicinal plants to be turned into medical supplies. This could contain the medical trading stations.

Could it also have a suit upgrade you can find that allows automated use of medical supplies in the inventory?
