Aircutter recharge option

i know it doesn't seem like much but i was wondering if you could add the option of recharging the Aircutter by hitting those energy containers you run into at POI

robdunfOr maybe have an interaction point for all rechargeable items, but don't allow the Hand Extractor to use them, since that can be manually charged.
