Add an option to turn off "long-press"

I'm not a fan of "long-press" (where you have to hold down a mouse button or key to activate a function), and don't think its use improves the game in any way - personally, I find having to hold down the mouse button over and over again to fabricate water membranes quite tedious. It would be good if there were an option somewhere to allow long-press to be turned off, so that simple key presses were all that was required.
