Crystal Batteries Backwards Compatible (for Solid State Devices)

Technology that uses Solid State Batteries should accept Crystal Batteries, allowing later game use of the higher capacity batteries in the early game work stations. Convenient for late game when crystal is plentiful and players are focused on exploring the surface and less on the towers.

yeh, they can at least allow us to upgrade them somehow to use crystal batteries. I guess this would make solid state batteries obsolete in the ship, but there could still be uses in the rest of the world.
